The software

The KaireonAI platform source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Self-hosted deployments are governed by that license alone — including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability — not by the service terms below.

The hosted Playground

The Playground at playground.kaireonai.com is a free evaluation environment provided as-is, with a lifetime decision quota per account and resource limits for shared-infrastructure fairness. It is not offered with an availability commitment, and workspaces that are inactive or abusive may be removed. Do not rely on the Playground for production traffic.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys. You agree not to: probe or disrupt the service or other tenants; attempt to access data that is not yours; use the service to send unlawful communications (including messages violating anti-spam or telemarketing law); or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload. For personal data in uploaded datasets you are the controller and warrant that you have a lawful basis to process it (see the Privacy Policy). Do not upload production personal data to the Playground. A data processing addendum for paid/enterprise deployments is available on request at support@kaireonai.com.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Decision outputs are recommendations produced by models you configure; you are responsible for how they are used.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaireonAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the free service. Our aggregate liability for the free Playground is limited to USD 100.

Changes, termination, contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. Questions: support@kaireonai.com.
