Is there really a free tier?
Yes — 3,000 decisions a month, free, no credit card. It is the real product, not a time-limited trial: you get the complete decisioning engine to build and test a full flow. Paid tiers simply add decision volume, dedicated hosting, and enterprise controls.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. Pricing is based on decision volume, never on how many people log in. Invite your whole team on any plan.
What happens if I go over my monthly decisions?
On Scale, overage is billed per 1,000 decisions above your quota. On the smaller tiers we will let you know as you approach the cap so you can move up a plan before it matters.
What is the Dedicated (private cloud) plan?
We run an isolated, single-tenant instance of KaireonAI for you, so your data stays segregated and under your control while we handle hosting, scaling, upgrades, and operations. Enterprise adds SSO, governance and audit, a custom SLA, and an on-prem option under license.
